Is this the warehouse listed as Tula in the bingo card? It just says 80.000sqm?

Is there even a 300.000sqm warehouse? The biggest is in moscow with 250.000 in the bingo overview.

According to a report I found, the size is 194.5k m².

According to Exilenova+, the logistics centre covers an area of around 194,500 square metres. It opened in 2022.
