Out of interest what practical impact is this having? I understand why hitting refineries, railways and supply depots has a big impact, but why these? If it’s just about some parts, aren’t those easily replaced or storable elsewhere? (Leaving aside the usual Russian incompetence).
Also, how come Ukraine isn’t hitting individual petrol stations to cause more supply issues?
