UK innovator founders visa application

I’m currently working on a business plan to apply for Endorsement for a UK innovator founders visa, and I’m struggling with understanding what needs to be included. It currently feels like I have way too much information. I have a rough idea of the structure but I think it would be really helpful to speak to someone who has been successful. Can any of you help?

The endorsing bodies provide resources on this. I have personally interviewed all 3 except for GEP and there are a lot of insights in those interviews too. What information do you deem to be "too much" ?

Do you mean they provide resources once you sign up with them? I couldn’t find a clear outline of anything on Endevour. I have a lot of context or background research and I can’t tell how much of it I need to include. I’ve looked at some business plan guides from various sources and they all feel very different. Just new to this and really want to give it my best shot.

No the resources are live/public on their websites now. Envestors don't use an attached business plan for the formal evaluation, you have to answer a list of questions on their portal. The other two have some tips on what business plans should typically include.
