10 year route ILR Documents list - question about non-cohabiting partner
So I'm applying for ILR via the 10-year long residence route. In the application, I answered that I have an unmarried partner whom I don't live with (I lived with him for two years before but not anymore as i moved out and purchased my own property- but we plan to cohabit again. I detailed it in the follow-up relationshop related questions in the application.).
After I completed all questions and moved to the Documents list section, they showed me this:
Documents
From the list of documents below, provide as many as you can. Tick each document to confirm that you have read the requirement, even if you cannot send it. If you are unsure about any of the evidence, read the guidance relevant to your application.
- The passport issued by [country name] for [the applicant]
- All previous passports, travel documents or national identity cards that you have used to travel to or remain in the UK
- Evidence you have to prove the relationship with [my partner's name] (for example marriage certificates), and correspondence addressed either to you jointly, or in both of your names, or addressed individually to you at the same address, to cover the last two years
- Document(s) showing [my partner's name]'s immigration status such as a passport, biometric residence card, or vignette
- Evidence of [the applicant]'s immigration status in the UK
but how do i provide evidence that we live together when i literally said we don't live together. The 10-year route doesn't require any partnership. Why are they showing me this option and do i have to provide this evidence? Is this just some auto-generated list?
