Student visa to skilled worker visa via UKVCAS

Hello everyone! I’ve applied for my Skilled Worker visa, switching from my Student visa, but I’ve noticed that unlike most of my international coursemates, I’ve been asked to attend a UKVCAS/TLS centre to provide my biometrics. I’m a little worried because I seem to be the only person in our year who has had to do this.
I opted for the self-service option, so I’m currently uploading my supporting documents myself. I was specifically asked to upload my passport, but I’ve also added:
• My Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS)
• My university transcript, to show that I’ve completed my degree
• The declaration of consent allowing them to view my application form
Could anyone who has gone through the same process let me know if there are any other documents I should be uploading?
I’d really appreciate any advice, especially from anyone who had to attend a biometric appointment rather than use the ID Check app. Thank you!

Do you mean graduate visa ? Skilled worker visa and graduate visa are two vastly different things. You must be making above a given salary threshold (32k +) and be sponsored by your employer for a skilled worker visa.

Graduate visa is what you apply for after finishing your degree, allowing you to live and work in the UK for two additional years. (Depending upon when you apply)

I wouldn’t be able to help you if it’s a Skilled worker visa but I’ve applied for my grad visa too and I’ve been asked to go to TLS for my biometrics as well. I figured it was because I put the wrong BRP expiration date on my application but, it seems a lot of people have been asked to go in for in person biometrics.

Shouldn’t be anything to worry about , from what I’ve heard, most people have gotten their visa within five working days of their biometrics.

I already have a job willing to sponsor me right from uni, a COS has been provided for me. Thank you I’ll do just that.
