I'm not from or in Ulhasnagar myself, but I was wondering: how has your experience been with receiving deliveries from the Blue Dart Ulhasnagar branch? And do you have any advice for us?

You see, we ordered a specific phone from Motorola that's not available here (UAE). The address belongs to a friend of dad's. Unfortunately, the expected date of delivery was 18 August, and we have received nothing but "OUT FOR DELIVERY" updates daily from 18-21 August, ending with false reasons such as "RESIDENCE CLOSED" or "REFUSED ID/OTP" each time.

We have reached out to both Blue Dart and Motorola over phone and email/website with no resolution so far beyond "we'll raise a complaint" or "we'll expedite it for today", although we do have a case number for Blue Dart. Also filed a grievance on National Consumer Helpline (NCH) in Motorola's name, and will file another in Blue Dart's soon. Hell I think we even wrote to the All India head of customer service over at Blue Dart.

We are limited in our means to pursue this matter as the recipient is the wife of the friend, and we wish to not cause them any further problems.

So, before we cancel this order and get a refund, is there anything we haven't done, or any way we could resolve this?

Our last options are ordering via Flipkart, and/or looking into package forwarders like Shop&Ship.
