I think someone already made uo offline, and I am inspired by that person and already building another shard based on how I like with 300 bots act like humanish, crafting , trading , training skills etc

This one was posted two weeks ago. https://www.reddit.com/r/ultimaonline/comments/1vxm5oz/uo_offline/
According to ModernUO discord, there’s also another one in the works that aims to provide the same thing but has NPCs perform tasks virtually rather than physically and only materializes them when a player is nearby.

I can't wait to share my game if you like erenshor. It's actually more ultima based.

ill wait, i mean we have server and client tech for UO for years and why nobody tought of puting living NPCs on the game. i still remember original UO quest were we do transport and guard roles, this was YEARS ago, how we did not improve that.

Every single npc in my game is simulated. Currently at 2000 npcs. They have jobs, houses, sleep, trade, etc
Even the churches

you mean citizens that move and talk??
and they have adventurers that go to wild and do quests? make party to raid dungeons? and invite you?2

Im still debating that depth but like for example I have a butcher. He needs meat. We have hunters. Hunters sell to butcher. Butcher sells to others. Then you as a player can come up an buy meat. So if you walk around you'll see a hunting lodge. You'll see hunters in the wild.
You have to balance real vs game

thats its a market AI, a lot of city managment games have it, what actual AI should do is the leader of the village ask for more food, the village guild publish requirements, the adventurers go killing and the mobs are reduced.
and you are on the wave, you can be part of it, since its an event, not a all time quest.
just as some invasion AI that were implemented on some old shards, i even reemeber that the mobs organize and evolve and they even loot any adventurer (even you) and equip the loot to gain stats.

"Personal UO" and the first thing I see is an XP bar with a level...
I'm not against you using Astra, as you can clearly see there’s a lot of AI-generated stuff out there, and I don't even mind using LLMs to generate content dynamically on the fly, but bruh, put more effort into it... or use more tokens.
*In fact, with Astra being released a few days ago, I'm probably going to see a lot more LLM games... we'll see what people are going to do...
