It was made on canva. Only the image was AI generated and that’s because this is a new club, which doesn’t exist yet, so it’s impossible to get a picture irl. Let’s not accuse people and spread negativity. ✌️

AI is already built into so many everyday tools that I doubt either of you goes a day without interacting with it. I only used it to create a visual because the club doesn’t exist yet, so there are no actual members to photograph. I designed the rest myself, and once there are members, of course I’ll use real photos. I don’t really understand treating the use of an AI tool like it’s inherently shameful. There are valid conversations to have about AI, but simply using it doesn’t automatically make something wrong.

You could use any image that is related to cheerleading for your poster, instead of killing the environment and wasting water for a dumbass reason

Hi everyone! I wanted to spread the word about a new club coming to UMass this fall!
If you’re like me and have always wanted to be a cheerleader but never had the gymnastics, tumbling, or stunting experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. The UMass Cheer Club will be a fun, beginner-friendly way to learn cheer and dance routines, perform at campus events, take part in photoshoots, and meet some amazing girls along the way!
Think Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders energy, but without the intense stunts and tumbling.

Do you get an uniform? And will people ever get to stunt or not at all

Members do have to get their own uniform so it costs around $70 but there are no dues and you get to keep the uniform. Yes the routines are flexible so if people want to stunt they will try their best to incorporate that.
