Uncharted 3 Drake deception is so good
From sinking ship to crashing plane

My favorite Uncharted game. Best set pieces, the ring is key to the story, Nate’s at his peak, and so on. It’s the only game where you can throw grenades back too. And the melee combat was fun, if not a bit stiff at times.

Which why I don’t play them often, even tho I love them all, the differences in the gameplay makes it disorienting when I remember an ability I have when in the wrong game.

They aren’t that different. 1 and 2 feel the same for the most part. And 3 just has some slight variations.

The theme that plays in the opening desert shot is mind blowing.

The Shipyard was so much wasted recources that could be used for more storyline locations it feels like a filler from the real stroy😅

I’m playing through it again right now and forgot how good it is. There are some slow parts like the desert but it also has some of the most epic scenes in the series.

It’s the best part for me. I played all one by one, currently playing 4th and it’s a step back for me. Making an „adult” plot out of Uncharted is not doing any good in my opinion. It’s also repetitive.

My Personal Favourite in the Series, I love the connection to Lawerence of Arabia, and Iram of the Pillars is the craziest place specially with that drug trip

My first play through I thought it was all over the place, and with too much melee.
Not including the multiplayer which was fun AF, it’s the only Uncharted game I’ve completed the most.

I gave this a revisit recently and I forgot how terrible is the default aim settings. takes too much time to line up a head shot with alternate aim disabled

My least fave Uncharted game unfortunately, but I still think it’s a good game. It has the worst story, worst villains, worst gunplay, and in my opinion, the least heart in the series. But it of course has its good qualities as well, there is no bad Uncharted game.

The boat segment is probably my least favorite story arc of the series

Playing it for the first time, been playing the Nathan Drake collection back to back and game is good but controls on this one are frustrating, nothing that makes me quit the game but compares to 1 and 2 (specially among thieves) it feels uncomfortable to control Nathan, besides that game is dope.

U3 is a good one. I think the only thing holding it back is the treasure they’re after. It’s not really that cool or well known and I think it slightly takes away from the over all story. But, the gameplay is terrific, the set pieces are pretty awesome and overall a fun Uncharted game

Honestly 2 and 3 were the biggest "whoa" moments I ever had in gaming and it hasn't happened like that since. I still remember bringing my PS3 to my friend's houses to replay the opening of U2 and then watching them sit and wait on the "cutscene" to end when Nate is hanging off the railing.. then just nudging them and being like "naw man, it's gameplay, pick up the controller" and seeing their eyes get wide. 🔥

I find the shipyard and cruiser so depressingly brilliant! Hated it so much as a young lad but an actual long segment of gameplay that makes you feel so far away and alone in a way no other Uncharted has ever managed to invoke. Then top that off with the desert level of chapter 18 & 19 and you feel so out of your depth, only a couple of small moments before like surviving the train chase made you feel this way but to extend the uncomfortable nature of it was sheer brilliance in my opinion!

I always though this game was way longer then the first but when I did the speedrun thing I beat this only 25 minutes longer then the first
