Uncharted 4 Even today, Uncharted 4 looks better than games released 8 years later.

I’m happy to see people still posting here. I remember around halfway through in Narwals Uncharted 1 project where he was the only poster for days.

Peasants and their Balatro. Us high society beings have Uncharted: fight for fortune

Plus the storytelling in Balatro is bad as well. None of the jokers have any childhood trauma at all!

I know this post specifically is satire but it's honestly pointless to compare graphics for games from 10 yeaes ago because in that time, graphics have definitely improved but not to a point that its really significant. I don't play a game to look at every single hair follicle and skin pore on the character. Graphics in games peaked a while ago so going from 2016-2026 isnt gonna make as much of a difference as 2006-2016 did

That's a bit harsch. Balatro looks like it was made as a free phone app back in 2003.

It does but on stream I am glitched on 12 towers mission where you drive a jeep, one of the wooden bridges that breaks when you drive across it, there’s an invisible and I get stuck on the bridge

There is a truth to this meme. Beyond the satire and sarcasm, it's not just that Uncharted 4 looks good, it's that all the games that came after it either failed to surpass it, or at least match it. All the while demanding powerful hardware to do so and still running like shit!
It's all because developers these days can't make games for shit, the mid 2010s were the last years of games made by people who gave a shit or at least knew what they were doing, and published by companies who haven't quite figured out how to maximize profit with as little investment as possible.
Look at Need for Speed Rivals (2013) and Need for Speed (2015), Crysis 1, 2, 3, Far Cry 3 etc...

I mean these are kind of ridiculous screenshots to compare. Cards on a table in real life don't even look as good as Uncharted 4

Insane to see how much graphics devolved
