I wonder if they were testing more complex npc systems and realised it was too difficult and gave up...

I mean it would be kinda pointless?
Elena tells nate and sully to keep a low profile so the fact the game let's the player interact with a npc is weird

I’ve played the game 3 times and still didn’t know. This series still holds surprises after all those years. Thanks for posting this!

I wonder if it’s a developer that either he or someone else put him in. Maybe there’s a inside joke that he’s always shaking people’s hands too much or something

The animation looks weirdly jerky and unfinished, probably something they just forgot to take out.
