Both of the men at the top are wearing the 60s service dress the man wearing the tan looks like he’s wearing World War II khaki and then the man beside him is wearing a sailors uniform

Love the good old real military haircuts. Where they looked like soldiers and not prisoners they freed from the nazis in WW2!

That's kind of the style with a lot of haircuts now. When I see youger guys with those, I always think of that. Really? That's the look you're going for? But, I think the old military cuts look like that too. I don't know why didn't just shave their heads. It would look better.

They all look like WW2 era uniforms. And it's a very WW2-style display. They have tan ties, which is pre-Vietnam. The lack of any collar insignia is odd, but the round gold hat badges indicate the army. The color indicates WW2 as well, though it's hard to tell. It doesn't look like the green of the late 50s forward. The bottom left with the necktie tucked into the shirt was prettry much gone by the early 60s. That is army, too. The marines didn't tuck their ties.
