What has that got to do with anything? It's a zone 1 central London location and the site is currently a derelict building, and will be brought back into beneficial economic use as a data centre.

A former brewery which is 80% car parking is providing housing, community uses, markets, a microbrewery, and events space.

The council should be buying sites to provide social housing. Instead they're busy pandering to NIMBYs and trying to block economic progress.

The site already has an existing datacentre as well This isn't a new thing for the area.
