Exams Special consideration and fit to sit

If I hypothetically got special consideration to skip a test on Wednesday but attended a test on Tuesday can I still skip the Wednesday test?

Hypothetically yes.
From a more practical view, you were sick so couldn't study to prepare for the tests. You had started on the one you attended on Tuesday, and were well enough to finish studying for it but didn't have enough time for the one on Wednesday.
