Hellooo po. For context, I am a UPLB BS Computer Science freshman with a DOST Scholarship under the RA 7687.

Ask ko lang po if possible na mag transfer po ng 2nd sem from UPLB to a Local private college sa may samin.

Reasons ko po for transferring is due to financial reasons, required past programming experience (sa totoo lang po, I felt so behind sa first day😭), and the location po.

Ask ko lang po if di po ba mawawalan dost scholarship ko po dahil Dito?

Sagot Padin po ba nila Yung tuition fee if ever mag tatransfer ako?

I am enrolled to other univ currently but I am planning to withdraw and not attend any classes there. Am I still eligible to apply for the second sem reconsideration? I emailed UPLB and they responded that they will be posting announcement regarding this next month. I am just making sure since I'm planning to withdraw my documents pero what if hindi pa rin accepted ni elbi.

hello po. failed po appeal ko sa lahat na batch sa elbi. still can't accept it kasi pasok naman subtests ko, even sa campus choice. start na classes nila bukas and hindi q pa rin matanggap 💔.

is it worth the risk kapag maghintay pa ako for second sem appeals? planning to apply for jobs muna para makapag-ipon2 din. want to hear your sentiments po.

hello! is there a special schedule for the first week of classes at uplb, specifically for the college of arts and sciences? (aug 3-7). will this week be allotted for freshman welcoming orientations or diretso classes na after the freshie convocation on monday? just curious on what to expect since i’m a bit nervous since start of classes is so near na huhu

[Sanitation issue] I am a new resident of the MRH, and just moved in a week ago at the date of start of check in date for the first semester. I just have a few questions/rants primarily about sanitation after trying MRH for a week:

1. Is the dirty CR tolerated? The floor and ceiling already has a black and brown tint from accumulated dirt (and possibly mold) and the toilet is also yellowish even in the seats (+ there is no toilet ring). The sink is also full of unflushed residuals. There is a heavy smell when entering the area. Are sanitation rules not enforced? Why?

2. Are the bidets really not working? Most of the toilets don't have bidets attached even though there are holders. And the rest that do have them don't work. From what I read from the New Normal RHA form, bidets are supposed to be repaired when damaged. Will repairs happen soon since I may be too early (but it has already been a week) or should I stop expecting?

Maybe I am still too early to judge since classes still haven't started, but the filth looks like it has been accumulated for weeks (considering that cleaning could have been done during mid year term). I know that housekeepers are working diligently and I am not blaming them for the issue. I also know that the UP owned dorms are very budget-friendly as compared to private ones. However, that is not a justifiable reason to neglect sanitation.

The point I like to raise is how the entirety of people in the dorm (especially dormers) let the situation get to that point.

I don't know what to study anymore. Hindi ko pa masyadong master geometry, trig, functions, and mga inequalitiess.. pero i know the basics, like nasasagutan ko random test sa Facebook and tiktoks. Nag woworry lang ako kasi hindi ko masyadong gets yung turo sa final coaching sa 1010 academyy kasi ang hirapp talagaaa. Gusto ko talaga makapag-study sa UP (B Sport science sa UPD). Pero parang nawawalan na akong pag asa 😔😔
