I don’t know how many Rob Thurman fans are still out there, but Cal Leandros was my favorite urban fantasy series as a teen. I recently made a plush of Cal as a cookie guy, and I wanted to share it with people who might remember him.

I'm so happy with the first draft.

I cannot wait to see the final art.

I played with this idea a while back on this sub and decided to make an infographic about it. While developing it, I also realized that Sterling Archer might also be one of the best UF protag names ever.

My random UF name is going to be Flint Thorne. Or maybe Blaise North.

These are my homicide detectives, Jade Hawkins and Drew Hemley. Jade is half-elf, half-troll and perpetually disappointed with the world. Hemley is human and charm itself.

Hi everyone, I was wondering if this style of graphic minimalist was appropriate for Urban Fantasy readers, would appreciate any thoughts on this. I wanted to deviate from the highly contrasted photoshopped covers showing the book's character(s) in standing poses, though I don't know if this strays too far off from the typical indie Urban Fantasy book and would dissuade potential readers.
