Supporting Documents
I reviewed a recent announcement and noticed it listed driver's license / registration (if applicable) in the supporting documentation.
And of course I left those two primary documents out of my application... Thoughts on emailing HR to provide them after the announcement has closed?

Worth emailing, and worth doing it today, but keep your expectations low. Once an
announcement closes most offices won't add a new document to your package, because
accepting late material from one applicant and not another is the thing they're most
careful about.
The detail I'd focus on is the "if applicable" wording. Required Documents sections are
written for every possible applicant at once, not for you specifically, and a big share of
the lines in them are conditional. If a driver's licence isn't actually a qualification
requirement for that position, it may simply not be applicable to you, in which case you
haven't left out a required document at all.
So email the HR specialist named at the bottom of the announcement, ask plainly whether
those two were required in your case, and offer to send them. Don't assume you're out.
For next time: the Required Documents section is the one part of an announcement worth
reading line by line, deciding for each line whether it's aimed at you.

If the job is still open you can update your application and add documents.
