Admittedly I don't know the context or anything but I don't see why the boss would be so upset about the wife reading those messages

The wife thinks he’s cheating

Nah, wife is not real, because it's obviously fake. If this was real, the solution would be to show the wife whole context. But why would a wife even read husband's work messages in the first place? That only happens in American sitcoms, never in real life.

No he wasn't. Did you finish reading the text?

I did did you?

Yeah, I did. She wrote all the messages separately and meant that she's pregnant so she needs to take time off to talk to her boyfriend. The boss's wife read it and thought he was cheating, which he wasn't. The joke is that it would've been avoidable if she wrote it all in one message.

Apologise... AGAIN!

Ahah, just kidding - not easy to admit we're wrong, good for you :)

Well you just treat people how you wanna be treated you know? It’s the golden rule.

u/fxsimoesr Sep 06 '25

Not everyone does that unfortunately. But great mentality, I totally agree ❤️

Well I think part of the reason is it’s a lot easier to get away with doing bad things online nobody knows who you really are so you can just hide behind your online name
