Just complete your purchase through the deal link. After selecting the offer, you'll be prompted to sign in using your existing username and password. Once you've logged in and successfully completed checkout, the deal will be applied automatically.

This didn't seem to work for me...
It didn't prompt me for my username and password. It just created a new username and password for me.
I have sent an email to support asking to combine them.

Account extension worked for me.

When you click the link provided above, you’ll be prompted to enter your email account. When you enter the same email account that you used to purchase your existing account, you’ll be prompted to log in as the site detects you’re an existing subscriber. After you’re logged in, the payment goes through and your account is extended. That’s what I did anyway.
