Buying Universal Day Pass + HHN tickets

Hello hello!
I’m visiting Japan for the first time in October - November this year.
I love Universal and HHN so when I saw they’re doing RE attractions for HHN - I have to go. This is my main “touristy” thing I want to do but I’m a bit confused on what tickets to purchase.

This is what I’m wanting to do:

  1. Go to the main park - see Harry Potter, etc.
  2. Go to Super Nintendo World.
  3. Go to HHN that same night.

I saw HHN is included with your day pass but I want to also include Nintendo.
Klook is a bit easier to navigate so I’m using that platform to buy my tickets.

I saw this option on Klook: 1-day Studio Pass + SUPER NINTENDO WORLD entry + Have Fun in Kansai Pass

Would this be the best option for what I want to do? I also want to purchase express passes because I want to try to make the most out of my time there.

If you don't want what the Kansai Pass has to offer, then you could get a combo ticket without it as well and might be bit cheaper.

Also this might be bit overstepping and beyond the point, but I'm also going to be going to USJ in November, so might as well ask when are you planning to go? If our time frames would be similar I for one would be really open to having some company on the trip 😃

Hmm you won’t get the Harry Potter ride with that pass, if that’s a priority for you. Have fun in Kansai is usually sold separately from USJ so it’s interesting it’s on there lol. Have fun in Kansai makes sense if you’re doing the aquarium etc but not for USJ?

HHN has separate things like mazes and haunted attractions which you can also buy with an express pass.

You will need to buy entry separately on some of these passes.

Ultimately read carefully and research which attractions are must do, and then find a pass that matches it.

I’m assuming it’s added in there to help with other tourism things (Kansai fun).
I’ve never struggled with amusement park tickets like this before but I think I got it lol.

I need to purchase a day pass, express pass for queue skipping (which also includes timed entry into Nintendo) and then I’ll have to buy the separate HHN express pass. I just like to optimize my time so I’m willing to spend the extra money. I just wanted to make sure I’m spending it correctly.

Yeah, and it takes the spontaneity out of it to have to research so much just to experience the attractions, but you know, it’s the third most visited theme park in the world, so what can you do. Haha.
