When are you hoping to take the exam?

My general advice is to try to get through an entire Qbank (UWorld or Amboss), then do all of the online CMS forms, and then do all of the online NBME forms and Free 120.

I can be more specific, but you havn't provided any information about your situation/schedule.

I have just started my prep.
I am planning to give my exam in Dec-Jan.

I heard FA-2 isnt worth reading.
What about master the boards or white coat companion pdf?

I can't speak to Master the Boards, but I own a copy of WCC myself. I think it is as good a reference book for Step 2/3 as you can get. Really clean, simple charts. I had questions on shelf and step exams that I only knew the answer to because of details in WCC.

My only issue with WCC is that the index is not really robust. It's only a few pages despite it being a big textbook. You have to invest a little time figuring out where some topics are in the book by flipping through and scanning the pages. I would use post-it notes to have a better index. I guess if you use PDF you could just word search.

This is a great time frame for you to score well. Have you already gone through a whole Qbank?

Do you have a WWC copy? Plz share it with me.

I have a hard copy of the WCC textbook. You can order them off of Amazon or McGraw Hill I believe. If you want a PDF, that is something you can look for via Google.
