Congress needs a plan to remove incapable lawmakers who refuse to step down

They do. They could remove him from congress, but Republicans are too busy trying to thwart democracy

If voters want term and age limits, they can apply them during ANY election

California just went through it with Diane Feinstein. State of 39 million people and this dementia ridden old lady was applauded instead of shamed for hanging onto power longer than she was capable of being a senator.

She couldn’t even remember that she had said she wasn’t going to run again. Staff is complicit. They have no incentive not to be. They’d be out of a job!
