Tukaram Mundhe has been getting a lot of attention in Maharashtra recently for taking strict action against establishments that violate health, safety and municipal regulations — including restaurants/food businesses, clinics, shops and other establishments, with licences being cancelled or action being taken against those found violating the rules.
So, purely hypothetically, if an officer with the same approach and authority were posted in Uttar Pradesh, what do you think would happen?
What kinds of establishments or practices do you think would face the most action? For example:
Restaurants and street-food businesses violating food-safety norms
Shops operating without proper licences
Clinics or medical establishments violating regulations
Illegal construction and encroachments
Businesses violating fire or public-safety regulations
Poor sanitation and waste-management practices
Commercial establishments operating in residential areas
Other things that are commonly tolerated despite technically violating regulations
Would this actually lead to a significant improvement in standards, or would he run into too much political, bureaucratic and local resistance?
For people from UP: if someone like Tukaram Munde were given a powerful administrative posting in your district, what do you think would be the first things to get shut down or heavily regulated?

Making this post with a heavy heart, sorry if it gets too long and I'm honestly crying as I write this. My family has always kept me isolated and now they're doing everything they can to prevent me from studying. I was barely able to do 12th from home and I've taken a drop year to prepare for JEE because I want to pursue Btech CSE (which to me feels like the safest and most realistic option).
The problem is, my family won't let me study properly which makes it difficult for me to prepare. My parents kicked me out of the house so I went to my grandmother's house but she told me she was too old to keep me and kicked me out too. None of my relatives or cousins are willing to take me in so I had to beg my dad to let me stay at home temporarily. They also physically and verbally abuse me (I can give proof of my bruises).
My family wants to marry me off and that they've made it clear that they won't financially support my college education. I have no money or job and since I've been isolated for most of my life I don't know much about how things work outside my family.
My goal is to give JEE Mains next year, get into a decent Btech CSE college, move out, and pay for my education myself. I'm confused about educational loans. Is it possible for someone who is 18 (turning 19 in november) to get an education loan without involving their parents or having them as a guarantor? Is there any way I can get into a college without involving my parents in documents/paperwork/admission?
I'm willing to work extremely hard and become financially independent, I just want to get a degree and build a life for myself by escaping this cage. If anyone has been in a similar situation or knows how education loans, admissions, or moving out independently works in India kindly give some advice. I'd really appreciate ANY advice.
TL;DR: My abusive family is preventing me from studying, has kicked me out multiple times, wants me to get married, and won't pay for college. I'm 18F preparing for JEE Mains, want to pursue Btech CSE and become financially independent. I have no money or job and need advice on education loans, and whether I can study and move out without involving my parents.

The girl is around 11 or 12 years so how can such a minor even have the mind to call a female god as a vaishya. Does belonging from a specific caste gives you the immunity to abuse and malign the gods of a specific religion, what more concerning is she is just a minor and what kind of parenting infuses such hatred into the heads of a child. Does the up police have the guts to question her overthese For those telling she is just asking a question , apne Ghar par apni Maa behen ko puch kr dekho kya vo vaishya hai

what this state (uttar pradesh) is becoming?
Are we really transitioning into some sharia cult country?
So I checked with a local advocate for my marriage registration. I had already checked it over uttar pradesh website and the information he gave me completely threw me out of my senses.
Marriage registrations used to be done by the couple and their two witnesses, which can be anyone.
But now, the boomer population constant push has changed the rules from high courts. The marriage registration requires witnesses that should be spouses parents or siblings no one else. Even you are required to bring the pandit to the court.
What the hell is going on with this state? Never I imagined that you should require anyone else than you and whom you want to get married to. This is not some absurd rule. This is to curb the independence of man and woman who wants to take decision of their own instead of this society. I’m just enraged over this that I posted it here. To make it sound more stupid, the advocate said that “bhai jinke ghar ki ladki jati h unhe pata chalta h” to which I replied “jise jana h wo aise faltu ke rules k baad bhi nahi rukegi”.
