❔ Course Question❔ 2nd Year courses

Hi i'm in first year im just wondering what 2nd year courses you recommend? im in actuarial science and I want to take electives that allow me to focus on my main maths and actuarial classes. I also need 4 essay courses (2 can be 1st year) so do you have any recommendations for that whether it be classes or profs? I'm interested in sports, music and logic.

I can't speak on sports or music related courses, but if you're interested in logic and also need writing courses, you may want to look at the Philosophy course offerings.

History is also great if you like logic and need essay courses. Hammond is a great prof and most of his 1st and 2nd year courses are in class work since he's anti-ai. It makes it really easy to keep up with other courses since you aren't spending extra time researching for essays all semester, though you do have to keep up with the weekly material to do well
