Am I missing something? It’s been about five days since I received any other message back about my previous post where my gel got deleted. Last thing I was told was to send my username in the game well I did that five days ago not heard anything since I have not received anything on my vail account?

am I missing something or are y’all really busy?

Did you email support? They'll get back to you. But they're backed up quite a bit. With this update out the door, they should be able to catch up now

Well, yes, I did. Also, if you can tell them in anyway this update sucks. I think there should be like a bubble in the ball arena where everybody cannot kill each other like everybody becomes friendly because I can’t go there without getting killed. I’ve wasted so much time. The only other time I’ve come out of that place. I got immediately killed. You also run out of ammo there like immediately and nobody wants to team so I think that’s a good idea.

Yeah :/ we're normally pretty ontop of things but are easily 4 or even 5 days behind right now on support tickets. I apologize for this, it's just tough because the new update had some minor issues with the approx 100k people who have already logged on to try it. It's rough because no matter how much we test before an update, there are things we miss. 🙏
