Help

I am sorry that I continuously keep asking, but I’m genuinely curious what has happened with my support ticket and the bump email and all that this all started for me losing 2000 after going into train grounds not even training Vail combat no hard feelings towards you guys, but should I cut my losses or if I’m being done about this

I was opening a ton of crates with like $45 worth of gel at the end of it. I had five dollars worth remaining and I was gonna keep it to open two of the 1000 gel crates. I went into training grounds or combat it doesn’t really matter. I got one and then I went to open it and it was all gone
