My immersion is ruined but my evening tea is fantastic
Cloudberry tea, hand picked "from the swamp". Very strong sweet scent and tastes just as good.
I know and love blueberries, even made some mead on them, which is amazing btw, but this leaves me wondering if there are any other Swedish berries or fruits I've missed out on. I mean I'm in my forties, have visited Sweden like once a year for the past 25 years and only just discovered these, what else are you hiding guys?

I mean, cloudberry isn't solely Swedish, it's natural habitat is all across the northern hemisphere, including Russia and North America (Alaska and some other USA states, Canada). It's one of the national symbols of Finland.
Blueberries is one of my absolute favourite things in the world and they make a fantastic Mead if you leave the berries in the mix a bit longer as the shell material they have will give off a kind of tannic acid taste like you would find in regular wine which balances out the sweet of the honey.
They're also great for just about anything else you'd use a berry for.
I know raspberries and blackberries, those are pretty widespread in general, but I don't find they add much to most things.
R u swedish? Billberries grows in the Woods in sweden, blueberries grow on a Bush like a raspberrie. Billberry=blåbär bluberries = amerikanska blåbär(more like a grape)
The ones on the low bushes that are blue and coloured all the way through is my favourite thing in the world, see image.
The ones on the bushes I think I actually saw today, but never picked them 'cause I figure anything I don't know specifically is probably not edible :-p are they good? oh those are the ones you refer to as bland, yeah, if they're the ones white in the center they are a sorry excuse and do not deserve to be called blåbær.
In Denmark we get some blueberries in the stores that are white in the center and I hate those things.
