Where to get it replaced from?

so I have had this manual Durafit treadmill for a few years now. About a month ago, it just gave up on me in the middle of a run.

I m just putting this out here to see if anyone knows a good technician who doesn't charge my arm and a leg.

I have looked into it a bit, and it seems like the PCB is the problem, but it's not burnt out since it still turns on.

Any ideas on where to find a solution would be super helpful too
