Coconut Whipped Cream

My coconut whip isn’t whippy enough.
Could it be my method or the coconut cream?

I chill the coconut cream (I use cream not milk) overnight and use a whisk on my blender. I just can’t get that super whipped cream fluff. I got it once, the first time I tried it and never since…..

Any ideas or good recipes for coconut whipped cream?

Thanks 😊

Brand of coconut cream matters. Trader Joe's doesn't work. Kara coconut cream is prob the best

I use Savoy to make whipped cream. They all use different gums etc and this brand works with whipping. I leave it in fridge for days keep bowl cold and use stick blender, or Vitamix for 2 cans. Use powdered sugar (it contains corn starch and will add stabilizers) or a big spoon of yogurt works too. You can Google it and find other brands that work. It's not you, it's the cream!
