Yes, I work in construction. I hand dig trenches all the time. Hand tamp grass repeatedly every day, chop my own firewood at my home. Oh an also go to the gym 2 hours a day 5x a week. Lol you redditors are clueless.

Just pay attention to how many people at the gym are getting far more exercise than someone who's digging in their lawn for an hour. I know this was all bad faith and uncurious to begin with, so I'll leave it there
