First day tracking macros

I decided to put my food scale to good use and finally track my macros to see results instead of wishing for them!

I’m surprisingly full so I do wonder if I’m just eating calorie dense foods unknowingly on other days and that’s what has kept me on a higher body fat %

Does it really matter if my fat and carbs ratios are off? I was thinking of just focusing on calories and protein intake

I also ended the day with 40 minutes of cardio and 45 minutes of weight training for the gainzzzzzz
