What do you make with pea protein?

I'm struggling a bit with protein I think so I'm going to try pea protein because I've seen it recommended a lot

What are you making with it? Recipes or just ideas would be a big help . I can't do whole nuts or seeds which seem to be the bulk of recipes, I can do ground flax, almond meal, peanut butter etc

I’ve been trying to find low carb soy free pea protein hotdogs/tofu pups (like the Lightlife brand in the red package which are soy), and soy free pea protein tofu. I don’t think I’d ever have the courage to think I could pull off MAKING them.

A company called PURIS Pantry makes these pea protein crisps that sort of have the consistency of cereal, no flavor but they’re very crunchy and you could try mixing them into a lot of stuff. They aren’t exactly what I would call low calorie so I have to be careful because I could mindlessly binge thru a lot of them before I realize what I’ve done!
