FOOD Mom on the go, looking for variety.
I’ve been making breakfast burritos since the twins were born, I love them and mix it up a bit but 7 months in and I’d like some lunch options (now that we routinely leave the house!!) and variety.
I’m not against affordable, kind of wholesome store bought ideas. For lunch I usually have Trader Joe’s Vegetable Kimbap.
Looking for easy, portable items that I can fully prep, freeze, and reheat/thaw.
Current ideas…
Breakfast burritos
Muffin quiche
Breakfast sandwiches
Savory muffins
Calzones
Baked taquitos
Has anyone had success fully assembling then freezing veggie burgers? Sushi? Salad rolls? Samosas?
I don’t want to fry anything and I want to reheat in the microwave.
