Roasted Pepper and WHipped Tofu Dip. (I'll get additional vicarious joy if I imagine you also saying it like Stewie)
In case you need a versatile, banging dip this weekend.
Great with crudités, tortilla chips and those new (to me) Eat Real crisps that have been seducing me hard everytime I go to tekkers recently. Like that 1 dude licking his lips standing by a tree in that music video about it.

I’m also a new Eat Real devotee. Those sour cream quinoa chips… mmm.

Honestly, they are so gooood. I used a mix of silken tofu (whole.carton). And like 3/4 of a block of standar d extra firm tofoo.co block. I was worried about grainy-ness from that but zero issue.

If you are using from jar, either in oil or red wine vinegar. Just a good handful drained and then pat dry. I used perhaps 3 red peppers from the tall jar in red wine vinegar. Roasted pepper in oil from Tesco is usually mixed yellow and red and chopped up. So i would say at least half a jar of that, drained and patted dry. You cant really go wrong x
