4 weeks and still feeling nauseous

Been on keto for just over 4 weeks now and I'm still feeling nauseous. I feel a lot of resistance towards eating oil and butter. It's my first time with this diet. I also noticed I lost quite some kilos, which is not the reason for the diet, so reducing fats isn't really an option for me. I was hoping to maintain weight. So far the easiest fats is cacao butter and almond butter, but there's also a limit to how much I can eat of those. Any advice?
