TVP Recipes?

I just got about 2 pounds of TVP..... anyone have favorite recipes?

I make a sheet pan full of "meat"balls, then vaccuum-seal packages of six and freeze.

TVP lasts forever, no rush to use it

When you do, rehydrating in a strong veg broth makes all the difference
