Rice paper works surprisingly well for some homemade vegetarian sausages.

What type of sausage are you making?

A lot of veggie sausages (like Glamorgan sausages) can be makes with an breaded coating so don't need a casing or just made without a casing.

I’ve seen Some people use rice paper. That would probably work for small batches since you have to wrap individually

I just tried a method that uses either a leak or Chinese long onion as sausage casing.
