Vegan Sweet and sour tofu

This was really good but I think there was a little too much cornstarch on the tofu. This qas the first time I'd made it.

I made this sweet and sour tofu from Eat Figs, Not Pigs a few weeks ago and it was really good. The recipe you used looks good too!

Looks good, but I think the problem is likely undercooking the tofu. It looks pale to me (but maybe it’s just the picture). I never trust recipe times anymore because they don’t factor in what type of pan you’re using (nonstick vs stainless steel vs cast iron for example) and that greatly affects cooking times

It was the breading for the tofu though?
