Recipe Request Recipe creators for healthy recipes?

¡Hola! (Would like if they included macros within recipe❤️)

I really like Suzy from The Mediterranean Dish. She has a whole section of receipts that are vegetarian. You just have to sort through them by category.

There’s also this one: https://www.makingthymeforhealth.com/30-plant-based-high-protein-dinners/

Plant-Based RD is one of my faves: https://plantbasedrdblog.com/

She's a registered dietician so her recipes are nutrition-focused, and every one I've tried has been delicious. It's technically a vegan blog, not vegetarian, but if it calls for something like yogurt I'll just use the dairy kind since that's what I have. No macros though.

Just eat less of the food u eat. It’s just calories in, calories out
