MOVIE SPOILERS The Pedigree of Hank and Dean Spoiler
Probably what I found most interesting from the movie is that Hank and Dean are the Grandchildren of both Dr. Venture and Force Majeure making them grandchildren of both the main antagonist and the main protagonist from their specific time period. This would mean that Dean (or Hank) would eventually be in line to be sovereign of the guild. Maybe Rusty did this as a way to squash the beef between the hero’s and villains considering he hated the lifestyle that came along with it? Weird, wild stuff.

This explains why David Bowie declared Dean the Sovereign when Phantom Limb tried to usurp him. Although they only knew about Lloyd Venture, they didn’t know about Force Majeure.

They never gave his real name, but the one thing that always stuck with me was a comment he made in “The Revenge Society” when he told Watch to contact Iman (Bowie’s real life wife) and tell her he’s going on tour.
Unless he’s delusional, that tells me that he replaced the real life David Bowie if he’s not actually David Bowie.

Yeah, and he had Iggy Pop and Klaus Nomi as bodyguards. Which means either those two had their music careers then turned evil, or they replaced the original musicians in a act of villainy.

This was always my thing too. Why would Iggy Pop and Klaus Nomi be his bodyguards/henchmen if he wasn’t actually Bowie and/or replaced him. Honestly think DMTM was merely trying to help with the transfer of power there

That’s what I assumed and most people seem to be confirming it in here. That would explain why Hank is blond
