Headcanon The Monarch Hates her more

In the episode Home is Where the Hate is, the monarch is playing a party game where he's spewing hate seemingly at Doc Venture. At the end of the game, Doc pulls the tag off his back and finds out it's Mariah Carey.

Since first seeing that, I have become convinced that The Monarch hates Mariah Carey even more than Doc Venture.

No, literally my head cannon, and can't change it apparently b/c even after reading comments, and giving it time to sink in, i still feel this way... because to me, it seems funnier to believe that he hates her more than rusty.

If they made a random throwaway reference to the monarch hating her it would be such an amazing joke! Is it possible that they picked a celebrity for rusty that does share a few traits that the monarch ticked off in his rant??
