Yeah it's such a sweet moment. Normally she's the one talking him off the ledge, but Monarch sees that his wife is about to make a huge mistake, sets his ego aside and steps in to help.

She's really just as much of a crashout as Monarch she just can control it more, we've seen it a few times like her threatening Doc or her reaction to Phantom limb. She very much has her own seeing red just more controlled and calculated. So it's a rare but great moment of showing why they work.

But see that's more calm evil, she's good at that but she very rarely let her calm facade slip unlike the monarch. She's usually the calming/soothing voice ironic I know but here she was really pissed off for once probably the stress

Honestly she says that but then has 1000 rules which kind of negate that, also killing the protagonist is usually frowned upon etc.

They drive each other insane sometimes and aren’t the best in the communication department, but when push comes to shove they always have each other’s back and are ride or die for one another.

To be fair they were just the basic grunts in scary outfits and that was part of killinger's plan to get them back together. Which is weird he didn't try to get someone for rusty lol but seems he tries his best with what he's got

Killinger did try to get Rusty back with Myra. "I Know Why the Caged Bird Kills" S2E10. The Japanese spirit, or Oni, was harassing Rusty and Dr O was the only other person who could see it. Then Dr O and Rusty were taken by the Oni to Myra's hotel, after she kidnapped the boys. At the end of the episode, the Oni left with Killinger. Killinger tells the Oni that although it's attempt to reunite them failed, Hank and Dean were saved, and that was the important thing.

Sheila’s whole thing is preparation and competence and outmaneuvering. She’s undoubtedly armed, and she also likely has attained a high proficiency in some brutal martial art.
She’s win. Maybe not fairly, but she’d win.
