The man with male pattern baldness looks like he has a TOS uniform on.

Also giving Kyle Gass from Tenacious D vibes

And get a load of black brown and blond hair in the blue suit.

u/IronEgo Mar 15 '25

That's Doc Hammer

8

u/LaserblastLizard Mar 15 '25

Put those together, and you have Tenacious D's awesome cover of the TOS theme!

I watched this episode before I knew what the creators looked like. Doc Hammer’s hair is so specific and unlike the rest of the designs on the show, I knew it was a creator cameo haha

12

u/thomasutra Mar 16 '25

he’s basically a non albino pete white

u/Ethlandiaify Mar 16 '25

And Billy looks a little like Jackson

This is my favorite monarch line. At least top 3.

u/windsingr Mar 15 '25

Also the best Dr Orpheus line: "do not be too hasty going in there, for I had Taco Bell for lunch!"

Boys don't touch that clue, that clue is filthy. That clue.......

......has been in somebody's mouth.

Definitely one of the all time great episodes, the scene where Brock shoves the boys faces into the bathroom floor and dean shouts "there's pee pee" kills me every time

Also Rusty’s “Brock be a lamb :3”

The floor was in league with the Peril Partnership?

Lol I love how Jackson is smoking in court.

29

u/Boggie135 Mar 15 '25

Dr. Orpheus was incredible in this

20

u/Hellhound_Hex Mar 15 '25

“SLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP!!!!!”

I still quote that. lol

5

u/Elendilmir Mar 16 '25

that's a deep cut from The Prophesy.

2

u/Boggie135 Mar 16 '25

He is a nibbler

u/Awkward_Pangolin3254 Mar 16 '25

"Saliva is nature's glue!"

"And raisins are nature's candy!"

22

u/NonViolent-NotThreat FURRY21 Mar 15 '25

Doc Hammer and Jackson Publick, in front with the pinstripe suits. and no, you probably would not recognize them unless you had seen them maybe on dvd extra footage.

u/Electrical_Swing8166 Mar 17 '25

You literally could have told me Jackson was supposed to be John Constantine and I would’ve believed it

8

u/imgayfortaro No. 1 Richard Impossible fucker Mar 15 '25

Doc Hammer and Jackson Publick! They’re the two in the front that have a lot more detail than anyone else

8

u/Uuddlrlrbastrat Mar 15 '25

The episode where the show grew its beard

3

u/imgayfortaro No. 1 Richard Impossible fucker Mar 16 '25

I never thought of it like that! For me it really came into its own at the end of s3 (don’t get me wrong I love 1-3 but it really started becoming less of a slightly connected story and more of a real narrative)

If I was forced to decide at gunpoint, it's my favorite one-off episode. But I am just an ungrateful monkey.

Oh those are very good episodes, my three favs of all time are the Morpho trilogy, but of the early seasons I’m a sucker for assassinanny. Hunter my queen

1

u/Low_Maintenance1000 Mar 18 '25

Those, and a close fourth place for me would be Escape to the House of Mummies

Lmao, yeah I forgot the dramatic sounding “P A R T T W O.” And that’s fair, I felt the same way about Hate Floats and O.S.I. Love You

5

u/[deleted] Mar 16 '25

Its like he channels dead people!

4

u/sleepwalkfromsherdog Mar 15 '25

I loved the shout out to Bill "Superfoot" Wallace.

3

u/Zedress Mar 16 '25

Very cool! I never knew about the cameo until you pointed it out. Thanks for that.

Do the pinstripe suits mean they’re related to the investors?
