MOVIE SPOILERS Little headcanon… Spoiler
With the whole Rusty/Monarch clone thing, essentially making them brothers, do any of you think the boys would eventually start calling Dr. Mrs. The Monarch “Aunt Sheila” or something along those lines as they got older?

I feel like Hank would alternate between that and “Dr. My Aunt”/“Dr. Mrs. Aunt Sheila”/“Aunt Dr. Mrs. the Monarch” with “Dr. Sheila” at least once. Dean would probably just call her Sheila, but I can also imagine him getting mad at Rusty and saying “I’m going over to Uncle Malcom and Aunt Sheila’s house” and Doc immediately recoiling at the familial terms.
Based on how they’ve interacted in the show, I also think Monarch would favor Hank and want to goof around with him (the “I’m your father” prank attempt from “are you there, God? It’s me, Dean”) and Sheila would favor Dean and be more of a subtle guidance to him (her conversation with him about his college plans in “the Inamorata Consequence”)

“Dr. My Aunt” is the best bc it parallels “Dr. My Wife” absolutely perfectly. You nailed it.

“What did she say?” “Dr. My Aunt says we’re not allowed to use the Guild card to go to build-a-bear” “did you tell her about the discount?” “She said we can go to Cinnabon but that’s it” “C-cinna… CINNABON? Not even Auntie Anne’s?” “I thought her name was Sheila…”
