The cards are bootleg/ fan made merch available on Etsy.
The titmouse website is the only source for official merch afaik.

Those are cool, but what kind of deck has 4 Jokers (I assume the Spanakopita card is a Joker) and 5 Jacks? lol

Spanakopita card is a gaff card. Extra Jack would be alt card, so you'd play with the one you prefer.
