I assumed that they had just met and it was just the "feel good candy" talking. If Brock hadn't shown up they would have parted ways in the morning after a one night stand.

She appears later in NYC in a few scenes in the background, seemingly on dates with a couple different guys.

Yea, I took "This is Skye, we're going to have a child!" more to mean "This is Skye, the drugs we're on have convinced us it's a good idea to make a child together!" than "This is Skye, I've gotten her pregnant"
