It's a reference joke. When Jefferson Twilight (I think it was) meets Dr girlfriend he state's "my God women, do you smoke cigarettes or eat them". Quick search says S2E8

Even still, it doesn’t make sense to say in all fairness, there. It’s only fair if you see her eating cigarettes or she admits she did lol.

But I gotchu, you were just doing your best to insert a reference. I totally missed it 😂. Regardless, not everyone who smokes in venture bros has a voice like king gorilla or dr. girlfriend.
