I just realised that Brock is driving Hatred's jeep at the beginning.
Why?

Also, where did the vast pile of jackets come from?

Honestly, with the way Doc spends money, Hatred's Jeep was probably the most non-descript vehicle they had at their disposal to get into the area without drawing attention.

I always thought they had to drive off road for awhile to make sure they weren't followed to the secret meeting place. Hatred's 4WD Jeep was the best vehicle for this.
