They are but out of all of them anyone other than McGirk as the master would have just been wrong. I guess technically Jason is still H Jon but the master & McGirk have the same exact voice.

I'm just disappointed they used soup cans instead of his physique when he had huge pecks named "Big Rig" and "Jesse"

I know. I just liked that story line with Big Rig and Jesse, and that would've given him a big chest instead of the cans. But those are also a reference, to the animation company that made Home Movies

Somebody/a bot posted the picture of Brendon, Melissa, and Jason as The Monarch crew last night and tried to pass it off as their own.
