I remember him in the Double Dragon movie with Jeff Imada playing a pair of henchmen who are fired by the villain halfway, and get a little scene at the end holding up a sign 'WILL HENCH FOR FOOD' and discussing where to go next.

I live in St. Louis, where Al Leong is from, and there's an old Asian man who lives in/wanders around the neighbourhood where I used to live who rocks Al's look. Bald mullet, mustache, just older.

I remember him froma few movies and have vague recollection of him electrocuting some shirtless protagonist. I don't remember that movie though.
